Why it matters

Built around
keeping going.

The goal isn’t to make exercise feel bigger. It’s to make movement easier to return to.

  • Support independence

Keep movement part of everyday life at home.

  • Start realistically

Begin from a comfortable seated, supported, or standing level.

  • Make progress visible

See the routine you’re building instead of guessing.

  • Keep support supportive

Family can encourage without controlling the routine.

Where we are today

Clear about
what we’re building.

MovingSteady is still in development. We’d rather be specific about that than make the program sound more finished than it is.
