Questions?

The details,
when you want them.

What can I see in the family seat?

Completed sessions, what is coming next, simple consistency stats, post-session feedback, and ways to send encouragement or share their participant page. No diagnoses, pain scores, or medical records.

Is this physical therapy?

No. MovingSteady is a general strength and mobility program for at home. It does not diagnose, replace medical care, or provide individual physical therapy.

What if my parent isn’t comfortable with technology?

Their side is being designed around one familiar web address and a four-digit code, with no app to install. You’ll also be able to share their unique page directly by text.

Do I have to be involved every week?

No. Your parent can follow their routine independently. The family seat is there when you want it.

Is the family seat extra?

No. One family supporter seat is planned to be included with both memberships. The Household plan covers up to three participants. See planned pricing.
