Privacy notice · Updated September 2026

This notice covers the MovingSteady waitlist and how we measure the website. Joining does not create a membership, and we do not ask for payment details.

What you share

When the waitlist is accepting signups, we collect your email address. Right after you sign up, we ask four optional multiple-choice questions: who you are looking to help, what best describes the situation, the biggest challenge right now, and how soon you would want the program. Every answer is a fixed choice from a list, and you can skip any of them or skip the questions entirely. Answers are submitted with your email address.

There is no free-text box, and we do not ask about diagnoses, medications, or other health details on this form.

We also record which page you signed up from and, when you arrive from an advertisement, the campaign labels in the link you followed. These labels identify the campaign that brought you here and are stored with your signup.

How we use it

We use your email to tell you when MovingSteady opens, and to send the occasional product preview, sample session, or development update while we build. You can ask us to stop at any time. The optional answers help us understand who is interested and what to build first.

The services involved

When connected, the form sends your submission to Formspree, which receives and stores it on our behalf and may deliver it to our email inbox. We do not sell your email address or optional answer.

The page loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request those files and sends standard connection information, including your IP address.

Website measurement

To learn which messages reach the right people, MovingSteady can load website measurement from Meta, Google Analytics, or Plausible. These services help us understand which pages and messages lead to interest in MovingSteady. When one is active, it records page visits and a small set of steps: reaching the page, tapping the main button, starting the form, joining the list, and answering the optional questions. Our event payloads include the page name and advertising campaign labels, not your email address or questionnaire answers. Measurement services may also receive browser, device, and connection information and use cookies or other identifiers.

MovingSteady also uses Microsoft Clarity, which works differently from the services above. Clarity records how pages are used, including mouse movement, scrolling, taps, and a replay of the visit, so we can see where the website is confusing. Your email address and your answers to the optional questions are hidden from these recordings before they leave your browser. Clarity receives the name of the step you reached, never the campaign labels. Microsoft describes its handling of this data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Contact us at the address below with questions about website measurement or your information.

Demo videos

The demonstration videos are delivered directly from the MovingSteady website. Playing them does not send you to a third-party video platform. The clips are AI-generated concept examples and are not personalized exercise instructions.

Changing your mind

You can request removal by emailing hello@movingsteady.com. We will remove your email address and any optional answers from the records we control, including any retained submission copies.
